We invited Michael Sutton who lives with OCD to truly understand what Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is and how it affects peoples lives on a day to day basis. OCD is more than just making sure your books are all in line or checking you've locked your door five times, Michael explains through personal experiences such as depression, eating disorders and even alcoholism that an OCD mindset can be a heavy burden to live with.
