On episode #51 of the Tim Marner® Podcast Show we had on James O’Keefe the founder of Unguarded Warrior. Having spiralled into a life of self-sabotage, James knows exactly how difficult taking back control can be.
As men we are supposed to be strong and to deal with our problems alone. Twelve men per day in the UK commit suicide. Many more suffer lonely, unfulfilled lives relying on self medicating or self sabotage.

On episode #50 of the Tim Marner® Podcast Show we had on retired professional dancer and model Tania, aka my mum. Tania talks about being kidnapped from a fashion show whilst modeling, dancing at the Moulin Rogue and the power of doing what you truly love.
After the podcast my mum said that she longed for nothing and that no matter what shit and abuse was thrown her way nobody could take what she accomplished with her life away from her.
She is a true inspiration to me and I hope that she is an inspiration to you watching or listening to this.
My mum really wanted to do this to share her story and if just one person takes action to follow their dreams or get out of that abusive relationship before it’s too late then it is worth every tear.

Our Mate Kuartz, Manchester UK native beatmaker has been releasing beat tapes and instrumental Hip Hop LP’s since 2015.
It began with several cassette releases on Brain Food Records. Shortly after, San Francisco based cassette label 77 Rise Recordings released “A Little Samurai Soul” Volumes 1&2 on a limited run of cassettes, following the success of this release, 77 Rise Recordings released “Adventures With Kuartz” on cassette as a special Cassette Store Day Release.
It wasn’t long before UK based Village Live Records approached Kuartz and released his debut LP “Shurikens” on Vinyl. Following the release of Shurikens, Kuartz has had a string of Vinyl releases such as “Koishiteru” and “Kuartz FM” to name a few.
